Karishma is an early childhood educator from India. She has her Master’s degree from Arizona State University and has also got her specialized degree in working with children with special needs. She has been working with different children’s organizations since 2007 including non public agencies, regional centers, public and private schools.
Karishma moved to Arizona with her family in 2015 and was introduced to the Smile Donor family through a friend. She absolutely fell in love with the team, principles, ideas and purpose of this organization and since then have been an active member in it. She has been involved in different projects throughout the years but has closely been working with a huge project back in India where she has been helping children with special needs achieve their physical, emotional and occupational goals. It gives her immense pleasure to see the children progress each and every day and to see them move more closer in meeting their life goals. She is able to a achieve this goal of helping children and bring smiles to them through Smile Donor and is ever grateful to the organization for this opportunity.
