Established in 1990, Vikasha Parishad is an orphanage located in a remote village called Sarangada in the state of Odisha. Even though it is a recognized NGO, the organization is not receiving any funds from the government. Currently, the NGO is supporting 35 orphan girls.

Smile Donor is currently providing financial help towards the basic day to day needs of all the occupants of this orphanage including food, clothing, education, and shelter. From time to time the local community provides some support to the organization as well.

Besides the day to day needs, Smile Donor has built bathrooms, a hygienic kitchen, repaired the roof of the living quarters, and installed a tube well for providing running water, and has also provided funds so the Orphanage could have a running kitchen garden to provide daily supply of vegetables.
